1. INTRODUCTION

     After being saved from the flood, Aquatic was very thankful for the help. However, he wasn't the only one who needed help. It happened so that each waterfall has a keeper. Due to the global warming, Aquatic was only one of many keepers that needed help in fighting with the floods. Hundreds of aquatics across the world cry out for help. So, can you remain indifferent in such a situation? Your new task is to visit different waterfalls across the world and save aquatics of the hot African waterfalls, American canyons, Australian and Alpine mountains. Protect the innocent creatures and rescue their little houses!

2. GAME RULES

2.1 Common Rules

     You are in the cave, part of which is randomly filled with certain number of aqua bubbles of different colors. What you need to do is to put three or more aqua bubbles of the same color together so that they burst and disappear from the aquatic's cave. If after bursting some aqua bubbles get disconnected from the others or from the ceiling, they fall down and burst. Don't let bubbles reach the water surface at the bottom! Otherwise, the cave will be buried under the water forever, and the game will be over. If you dislodge more bubbles than you've done before, you get 100 bonus points plus, for the best shot.
     The bubbles' intrusion grows into a war with appearance of black bubbles, which can't be burst in an usual way. You can get rid of black aqua bubbles only by disconnecting them from the others (in all the modes) or by blowing them up with a bomb bonus (except in the Puzzle mode).

2.2 Game Modes

    There are four game modes in Aqua Bubble 2: Arcade, Panic, Puzzle and Recolor.
  • Arcade
         In Arcade mode, a part of the cave is randomly filled with certain number of aqua bubbles of different colors. The bubbles continually attack in attempt to flood the cave. The complexity of the game gradually increases when the speed of falling aqua bubbles quickens.
         Make sure that less and less bubbles are present in the cave. You can check how things are going by looking at a water-meter. The more bubbles you destroy, the higher the level of water in the water-meter becomes. When it reaches the top, a level is completed. As you move from one level to the other aqua bubbles of new colors appear and you get more bonuses. For winning the game, use the following bonuses:

    Dual color bonus

    Can be used as a bubble of either color.
    Double score bonus

    This bonus doubles the score of aqua bubbles that are burst along with it.
    Prompt bonus

    Shows trajectory according to which a bubble will go. Stops functioning when a new bonus enables.
    Layer up bonus

    This bonus returns the attacking aqua bubbles several layers up.


    		Triple score bonus

    This bonus triples the score of aqua bubbles that are burst along with it.
    Bomb bonus

    This bonus blows up all aqua bubbles around itself and those combined with blown bubbles by color.
    Freeze bonus

    Stopping their movement, this bonus freezes all bubbles in the cave for a short period.
    Repaint bonus

    This bonus repaints black bubbles into one of the existing colors in the cave.

  • Panic
         In the Panic mode, part of the cave is randomly filled with certain number of aqua bubbles of different colors. In this mode, as against Arcade, every aqua bubble you shoot increases the level of the water-meter in a pase depending on the difficulty level. When the water-meter's column fills up, all aqua bubbles shift one line down. A certain time is given for thinking and shooting. If a player waits before shooting for a longer period, an automated shot is made after the countdown. The time which is given for thinking and shooting depends on a difficulty level. You must clear the whole playing field in order to win a level. As you move from one level to another aqua bubbles of new colors appear and you get more bonuses.
  • Puzzle
         In the Puzzle mode, in contrast to the other modes, aqua bubbles aren't placed randomly but form some figures. There are 50 levels in the Puzzle mode. Clear a level from all aqua bubbles by solving a puzzle. On some levels even one wrongly placed bubble can lead to a game over. There are no bonuses in this mode. Pass all the levels in order to win the game!
  • Recolor
         The Recolor mode is very original and innovative. In this mode, all Arcade mode rules are kept, including the presence of all bonuses (except the dual color bonus). However, there is one exclusive feature. If one bubble gets connected to a bubble of different color, it repaints all the bubbles around it into its color. As you move from one level to another, aqua bubbles of new colors appear and you get more bonuses.

    3. THE FULL VERSION

         The demo version of Aqua Bubble 2 includes all of the graphics and code for the full version of the game. These parts are locked away from you until you purchase a 'license code' which will allow you to access all the features of the full version. You have an opportunity to use a demo version of Aqua Bubble 2 for free, according to the software license agreement. The demo version consists of the first several levels, has only 4 bonuses out of 8 possible and has a limited gameplay time (60 minutes).
        For just $19.95 (U.S.) you can purchase the full version of Aqua Bubble 2. After purchasing the game, you receive your registration key and become able to have the full version on your computer. Purchase Aqua Bubble 2 to gain access to all the following features:

    • You can enjoy beautiful design with pleasant environment of waterfalls. Those players who feel disturbed by the falling water noise may turn off the water volume in the options.

    • Simple game controls! Just move your mouse left and right to aim your water gun, and click to launch your aqua bubble. You can also change sensitivity of the mouse in the options.
    • You may use the game as a screensaver when you're away. Just hit the Relax button in the main menu.
    • People who have poor eyesight (and those who are color blind) can fully enjoy the game by adjusting the balls model. One model consists of balls which have different geometric figures inside of them. The other consists of balls which have different zodiacs inside of them. You can customize the balls in the options.
    • This game is a good one for children as well as for adults. The game is non-violent and non-confrontational. It won't hurt children's mentality or self-esteem because children can play at their own pace step by step acquiring the necessary skills to advance in playing. Such skills as matching, calculation of angles, simple strategic assessment and problem solving can be developed by playing the game.

        The license code is just a short sequence of digits which unlocks the demo so you can play the full version. When you buy the full version you will be given this sequence of digits, which need to be used via the "BUY NOW" option on the Aqua Bubble 2 menu. The system is there to help avoid piracy, and thus to give us the funds to produce more games for you to enjoy.     6.1 Registration Overview

        The Aqua Bubble 2 program is distributed on "try before you buy" principle. The registration price for the Aqua Bubble 2 is $19.95 (U.S.) or other currency equivalent. On payment approval, we will send you the registration key that will remove all the limitations. Your registration will be valid for all future versions of Aqua Bubble 2. The registration fee will license Aqua Bubble 2 for use on one computer in your home, and on one computer at your workplace. If you wish to use Aqua Bubble 2 on several computers, you should purchase several single licenses. See also SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

    7. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

        This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Realore Studios ("Realore"). By installing this Software, by loading or running the Software, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard drive, or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. These are the only terms by which Realore permits copying or use.

    REALORE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Aqua Bubble 2

    General terms:

    1. THE SOFTWARE.
        The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program Aqua Bubble 2, which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation.

    2. GRANT OF LICENSE.
        Realore grants you the right to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may load the software into RAM as well as install it on a hard disk or other storage device. You may not modify, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based upon the Software. You agree that you will not utilize the Software in violation of any international copyright law.

    2.1. SHAREWARE VERSION LICENSE.
        You may distribute copies of the shareware version of the Software freely to other users, provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered files and proprietary notices. You have the ability to register the shareware version at any time by purchasing the full version from Realore.

    2.2. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE.
        When you purchase the Software, you will receive the full registered version. You agree not to distribute the registered version to others and to use it only for your own personal use. You acknowledge that distribution of the registered version to others, whether intentional or unintentional, could damage Realore both financially and professionally. Any unauthorized distribution of your registered version will result in immediate and automatic termination of your license.

    3. COPYRIGHT.
        The Software is owned by Realore and is protected by international copyright laws and treaties. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make copies of the shareware version of the Software to give to other persons under the terms of this Agreement. You may not distribute copies of the registered version to others. Except as expressly licensed by Realore in writing, Realore reserves the exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and interest to distribute the Software, and to use Trademarks in connection with them. "Trademarks" refers to the name of the Software, the name Realore Studios, and the Realore Studios logo, which are trademarks of Realore Studios.

    4. NO WARRANTY.
        THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE AS TO IT OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE ON. REALORE WILL PROVIDE NO REMEDY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM IT, INCLUDING SUCH FROM NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONTRACT, EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    5. TERM.
        The term of this license grant is perpetual. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your possession. Your license to use the Software will automatically terminate if you breach the terms of this Agreement.

    6. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
        This Agreement is the sole and entire Agreement relating to the subject matter hereof, and supercedes all prior understandings, agreements, and documentation relating to such subject matter. If any provision in this Agreement is held by a court of compete nt jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way. This Agreement does not create any agency or partner relationship. Your rights under this Agreement are personal and do not include any right to sublicense the Software. This Agreement may be terminated by Realore by giving a 30-day advance written notice.

    7. DISTRIBUTION.
        Realore allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to freely distribute the shareware version of this Software. If you wish to distribute the Software, you may obtain the most recent version from www.realore.com. It is generally not necessary to contact Realore for authorization, and you may begin offering the shareware version immediately.
